With the perfection of market economy and economic globalization, thecompetition among valve enterprises is becoming increasingly competitive and theproduction operation management is the only source of improving competitive power ofvalve enterprises, Real competitive products and service can be provided for valveenterprises only by constant upgrading of operations management.So, the operations management system construction and optimization of valveenterprises’s new products are discussed based on the basic theory of mathematics,economics, modern management, mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence,combination with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the way combined bydeductive approach with the kernel of mathematical analysis and empiricalstudy.The main work in this thesis are listed as follows:(1) Evaluation model of risk evaluation investment in this paper is putforward based on fuzzy AHP through fuzzy judgment matrix constructed by trianglemembership function and index weight computed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The results show that this analytic model can achieve the differentiation of importancedegree of risk factors in the investment of new valve, its performance is reasonable andavailable.(2) The process of new products operations management is diagnosed andoptimized with its design methods based on value chain optimization which is proposedin this paper, the organizational structure of new products operations management isdesigned, so the new products operations management system which can accomplishoperation task flexibly, reduce resource costs and be managed easily has beenconstructed.(3)Multidisciplinary design optimization model of the new valve’s productionoperation management system is established with objective function by production planagent, sales agent, procurement agent, production server, stocks server, market serverand finance server, the solution is got by chaos-dfp compound optimization algorithm.The results shows that valve enterprise’s revenue can be increased obviously.
