Logistics park as a logistics development to a certain stage of the emerging logistics set of sparse way is indispensable to modern logistics network logistics organization management node, also is the city changes development in transportation organization, industrial integration, integration of resources, raw materials procurement and supply distribution economy functional coordination area. In the logistics of the entire process, perfect information system, intelligent scheduling scheme, reasonable design of storage, sorting operation planning, stowage planning and optimization, distribution route planning and optimization, each link all affect the distribution efficiency and cost.This paper considers the park hardware input and software system construction and maintenance fee is bigger, delivery of information is redundancy in the process, not comprehensive, timely disadvantage; regarding to advantages of the cloud computing can provide platform to the user and reduce the user infrastructure investment and system maintenance expenses, and cloud computing technology can integrate information, users can share cloud platform mass of information; cloud computing is introduced into the park distribution system, realizing data sharing, real-time updates, reducing the investment of infrastructure, improving the total benefits of the logistics park distribution system.According to the logistics distribution system, studies at the cloud computing mass, real-time information state distribution system the problem of path planning, using the park location advantage and the advantage of the information updated in real time, the distribution process can choose more than one mode of transport to complete the customer needs,using the above conditions establishment of minimum cost optimization model, and solved by genetic algorithm, simulation, show that the model is effective and feasible. Realize cloud computing in the logistics distribution system widely commercial application, cloud computing is not only to provide technical support, and at the same time, accurate and reasonable pricing mode is also important. In this paper the logistics park customer demand response mode is considering, constructing of the response of the network topology, analyzing system on resource scheduling method, to establish the cost for customer satisfaction demand in response to the utility function model, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model solving, and introduce the entropy weight method to calculate the total utility, finally the example verifies the model is effective and feasible.
