Design And Operation Of The Information Service Platform For Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Equipment manufacturing industry, providing machine tools for industrialdevelopment is the important foundation and strong guarantee to achieve the economicboom for our country. With the rapid development of science and technology such as theinformation technology, the communication network technology and so on, equipmentmanufacturing enterprises improve its production operation and management mode viewith information construction. Information construction has become an importantguarantee for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.On the basis of the extensive literature, this paper first elaborated the developmenttrend of information construction in the equipment manufacturing industry around theworld and the present situation of China’s equipment manufacturing industry. Then thispaper analyzed the needs of the information service for equipment manufacturing industryin our country, according to the results of the analysis, this paper defined the informationservice platform of equipment manufacturing industry, and concluded the service platformof the information service function module. Then based on the regional economicdevelopment characteristics and equipment manufacturing industry characteristics, withthe search engine, model-driven method and the service oriented architecture designmethods, put forward the information service platform for manufacturing industryequipment mechanism according to the platform design goal and principles for guidance,gave the model-driven method and the service oriented architecture application design andinformation platform operation subject and operation mechanism, thus designed the wholestructure of the information service platform for equipment manufacturing industry. At last,the paper introduced an application case of the information service platform for equipmentmanufacturing industry, aimed at the XY co., LTD., in quality management problems existing in the information service and the urgent demand, and described the process of theservice for the XY co., LTD about the use of the design of the information platform ofoperation mechanism.Information service integrate most kinds of the information service for product design,production, sales and management process involved in equipment manufacturing industry,it provides reliable guarantee for the enterprise to realize the resource, technology,information sharing in the equipment manufacturing industry, to achieve cost saving andoptimize the allocation of resources, and to improve the competitive power of enterprisepurpose.
