Study On Performance Evaluation Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry’s Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance

With the increasingly fierce global competition and diversified and individualconsumer demand, put forward higher requirements for technological innovationcapability of enterprises. The limited resources of single enterprise are difficult to meetthe needs of major technological innovations. Companies within the maximum rangeintegrate technology resources to become the key of enterprises’ survival anddevelopment by effective way. So Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliancebegan to flourish. Equipment manufacturing industry has been a mainstay industry of ourcountry for a long time. With the internal and external change of economic and politics inrecent years, the development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry has madesome achievements, but at the same time there is still a series of questions. Technicalstructure is irrational, including that independent research and development capacity isweak, unreasonable product structure, the technology capability of design andmanufacturing process is weak and so on. Irrational structure of organization includes thescale of enterprises is small, design and manufacturing of product can’t combine well,the participation of financial firms are involved in disruption and so on. So choosing theway of ITIA is to make equipment manufacturing industry develop, improve itscapability of independent innovation, and make it in a leading position of globalcompetition.Firstly, by the research of ITIA and equipment manufacturing ITIA, identify theproblems of equipment manufacturing industry alliance, and then propose solutions.Second, starting from the operation mechanism, including partner selection mechanism,resource input mechanisms and communication and coordination mechanism forindicator selection mechanism, and then select the index of mechanism and establish the model of evaluation. Then, consolidating the impact of operation mechanism and theexternal environment on the performance evaluation, identify the index which impactthe stages of operation input and operation process and then construct the evaluationmodel. The index which affect the input stage of the alliance are partner selection andresource input mechanism; the index which affect the process stage of alliance includepartner selection, resources input and communication with coordination mechanism.Andthen combined with the external environment, selects evalution index and buildevaluation model, and use the gray-level comprehensive evaluation method to analyse it.Finally, the operating mechanism and performance evaluation model is applied toShenyang Special Purpose CNC machine ITIA to analyse the performance evaluation ofalliance. And then verified the feasibility, rationality and practicality of the theoreticalpart of this article.
