Lanzhou Science And Technology SME’s Growth Measure Research

Lanzhou city is one of the first national20innovative pilot cities (area) awarded byscience and technology department in2010. It gathered more than80%of the scientificresearch institutions and professional talents and formed a “3+8” industrial park pattern. Itsscience and technology industry development level is higher than the national average level,but the level of economic development is obviously more behind. Science and technologysmall and mid-sized enterprise (SME) in Lanzhou mainly engaged in high-tech productresearch and development, production, sales and service. As important carrier science&technology innovation and achievements transformation, high-tech SMEs directly impact onthe industry effectively into economic benefit, and make the corresponding contribution forthe development of local economy. However, how is high-tech SMEs’ growth station ofLanzhou at present? Why would the growth form this condition, and what aspects should befrom to actively adjust the improvement, to make the enterprise to healthy sustainabledevelopment and promote the high technology industrialization and strategic emergingindustry into economy benefits. It is the purpose of this paper to explore.This paper takes37high-tech SMEs of Lanzhou high-tech industrial park and Lanzhouuniversity of science and technology industrial park as the research object. Reviewing thegrowth of SMEs of science and technology research results and on this basis, this paper buildsthe measure index system and back propagation artificial neural network(BP-ANN)evaluationmodel(including5first grade indicators and24second grade indicators), and Measures thegrowth by using the Matlab software analysis tool. Then researches on affecting enterprisegrowth factors based on grounded theory, and establishes Lanzhou high-tech SMEs growthfactors model including four main categories (environment atmosphere, human resources,intermediary function and enterprise characteristics), and briefly discusses the four maincategories relationship between each other. Finally according to the influence factors issueputs the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper also designsquestionnaire and on-the-spot check to outline and investigation to get the expected results.This research is a combining the results of quantitative and qualitative research, and eachchapter progressive step by step into the content, to form the throughout full-text logicrelation.
