Study On The Industrial Structure Of Zhejiang Province Based On Circular Economy

The traditional economic development cause many social problems andenvironmental problems, which has challenged human’s life and development. How totreat and handle the conflict between human and resources, human and environments isbecoming the most noticeable problem. As the model according with the sustainabledevelopment principle, circular economy has become every country’s effective pathabout solving the conflict between economic development and environment.Accordingly, the theory of Industrial structure should be changed in the circulareconomic development model.Nowadays, the bottleneck of resource and the destroying of environment hasbecome the very important factor which restricts the development of economic andsocial in Zhejiang. Therefore, how to carry on the industrial structure adjustmenteffectively can break the fetter of resource bottleneck and relief the stress ofenvironment, is an important task for us.The paper explains that developing the circular economy can accelerate theIndustrial structure’s optimize adjusting in analyzes the relativity between the circulareconomic development and the Industrial structure. Furthermore, this paper constructsthe industrial structure adjustment model according the theory of circular economy.Through analyzes the industrial structure status in Zhejiang, judges the status by theeconomic benefit-resource benefit-environmental stress model. Aims at the economicstatus as well as the question in the economy developing process, this paper putsforward that using the theory of circular economy in the Industrial structure canaccelerate the Industrial structure’s optimize adjusting as well as break the fetter ofresource bottleneck and relief the stress of environment, achieve economic and socialsustainable development. Above all, a new industrial structure adjusting system isproposed under the circular economy theory.
