The Company S Knowledge Management Research

The importance of knowledge management has been widely accepted. There have been numerous reports published regarding knowledge management. But in terms of how can these theories be successfully applied into operation and development of enterprises, the practice of knowledge management has yet remained at the research stage. Companies of different types or in different industries, have their unique methods and strategies during the process of knowledge management.In this paper, a knowledge intensive enterprise S was used as a study object. Based on the extensive literature review about knowledge management theories and research results, the practical experience of knowledge management implement was compared with other enterprises. The problems and corresponding solutions in the process of knowledge management are analyzed and summarized. By enhancing the effectiveness of knowledge management, the productivity, activity and competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.
