At present, during to global climate change which affects the environmental quality ofhuman life. Low-carbon economy’s problem has reached a consensus in the internationalcommunity. China has a large number of population and complex climatic conditions.Therefore, it is necessary to develop the economic model of low-carbon and environmentalprotection. The climate change on agricultural production, food security, economicdevelopment, ecological protection, water use, public health protection will be a major threat,to tackle climate change and take the low-carbon economy roads also become the inevitablechoice of China’s social and economic development. China’s economic develops slowly. As adeveloping country, Development still is the most important thing.Science and technology are primary productive. We should use innovative technology topromote low-carbon economy. China should develop the related technologies and reducecosts, While improving energy efficiency, we should grasp skills production With intensifyingcontradictions between man and nature---Low-carbon economic model is favored bydifferent countries which is seeking harmonious coexistence of human and nature, economicdevelopment mode. By analyzing the internal relations of the low-carbon economy andlow-carbon technologies, the status quo of China’s low-carbon economy and low-carbontechnologies, as well as the dynamic of international low-carbon economy and thedevelopment of cutting-edge technology, we put forward corresponding countermeasures bylearning from foreign advanced experience and technology for our China develop low-carbontechnologies and promoting the low-carbon economic development.
