With the acceleration of economic globalization,environmental problems have gradually evolved into a global problem.Huge consumption of energy,high polluting industries transnational,and especially the increase of greenhouse gas emissions has caused widespread concern in the international academic community.Global climate change is the most important environmental problem in the world today.As the world's total carbon emissions and incremental is the largest country,China is facing increasing international pressure,it must be transition to a low carbon economy.In the2015 Paris climate conference,Xi Jinping pointed out that China will be around the carbon dioxide emissions peak in 2030 and strive to achieve as soon as possible,in2030,carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will fell 60% to 65% comparison in2005,nonfossil energy accounts for about 20% of primary energy consumption.Jiangxi as an underdeveloped area,accelerate the economic development is still the governmentthe primary economic decision,which will consume more energy,more carbon emissions,coupled with the industrial structure and people's consumption concept,greenhouse gas emissions will increasing year by year in Jiangxi province.Such a contradiction,this paper analyzes the relationship between carbon emissions and economic development in Jiangxi Province,analyzes the factors affecting carbon emissions,and provides a theoretical guidance for the development of reasonable carbon emission reduction strategies.As a bigger energy consumption province,Jiangxi is also the bigger carbon emissions.Based on the literature review found that although China have more research about low carbon economy,but the large number of studies are aimed at national or developed areas,it's too limitations,and for underdeveloped areas research articles is very few scanty,especially the study of low-carbon economy transition about Jiangxi province.This study is aim to establish a comprehensive carbon emissions research system in Jiangxi province,this system combines factors of decomposition of carbon emission,the peak prediction and path of carbon emission reduction of Jiangxi Province,it can analysis comprehensive,specific and scientific.The article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.The second part,the definition of basic concepts and related theory.This part explains the theoretical basis of the low-carbon economy,explains why the total carbon emissions will increase with the theory of externality,and studies the theoretical basis of realization low-carbon economy.The third part is analysis the current situation of Jiangxi low carbon economy transformation.First,this part use the Kaya identity of the extended and LMDI model of logarithmic decomposition method,based on energy carbon emissions data in Jiangxi Province in 2002-2014 years,quantitative analysis five factors of the carbon emissions effects of energy intensity,economic growth,population,industrialstructure,energy structure in Jiangxi,studied the influencing factors and the intensity of regional carbon emissions.Secondly,this part is followed the actual,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of low carbon economy in Jiangxi.The fourth part is the peak of carbon emissions in Jiangxi.Eviews software was used to build the IPAT model,and the carbon emission prediction formula was obtained.Using Matlab simulation to calculate the benchmark case of Jiangxi reached the peak of carbon emissions in 2048,its carbon emissions of 397 million 260 thousand tons.In the case of low carbon emission,if reduce the energy consumption intensity,Jiangxi will reach the peak of carbon emissions in 2031,the total carbon emissions of 291 million 110 thousand tons.If reduce the carbon emissions of energy comsumption intensity,Jiangxi will reach the peak of carbon emissions in 2035,the total carbon emissions of 317 million 150 thousand tons.In contrast,reducing energy consumption intensity is more conducive to energy-saving emission reduction.In the fifth part,based on the previous analysis of carbon emission factors and calculation the carbon emissions peak in the standard and low carbon situation,the paper from five aspects puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-carbon economy in Jiangxi.First,we must adjust the industrial structure,focusing on promoting high energy consuming industries to promote low-carbon;Second,To optimize the energy structure,promote energy-saving emission reduction.Increase clean energy technology research and development.Third,To establish a resource and environmental price mechanism conducive to low-carbon development.promote the price reform of resource and environment,use of external costs generated by the internalization of resources,improve the efficiency of resource utilization.Four,sound a tax system,strengthen policy support.Five,enhance people's awareness of low carbon.
