Beijing BS company was a joint venture with U.S. INTERSYSTEM.CO, Ltd, established in August1994on the basis of the original project cooperation Automation System Engineering Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of the company, the2005restructuring of private enterprises. Since the beginning of the21st century, the rapid competitive business environment, customers, culture, have begun to enter the era of full competition and positioning era, the development of enterprises is facing greater difficulties. Beijing BS in such backdrop which enterprise internal and external living environment unusually grim, need to make business development strategy for fostering the competitive advantage of enterprises, and improving the competitiveness of the market, then, get the survival and sustainable development. Based on above, in this paper, according to research and analysis of the strategic environment of the enterprise development combined enterprise resource endowments, give the suggestion of the enterprise development strategy, and protection recommendations for the implementation of the strategy, and provide a basis for the implementation of corporate strategy, has great practical significance and theoretical value.In this thesis through finishing and carding literature of industrial automation enterprise strategic management theory, to provide the theoretical basis and the analysis mode for Beijing BS on strategic analysis, formulation and implementation of the strategy for protection. After research interviews and real data collected, first of all, on the course of development of the company’s Beijing BS running status and problems of the Brief Analysis; Then, the use of the PEST model of five forces model, SWOT analysis carried out a detailed analysis of corporate strategic environment; Based on analysis, give the alternative development strategy, meanwhile according to enterprise resource capacity, determine the strategic positioning, and to develop a set strategic competition program for the development of Beijing BS; Finally, provide rationalization proposals on how to implement the firm’s strategy the effectively.
