Investigate On The Second Generation Of Migrant Workers Integrated Into The City Of Dalian

Migrant workers are the participants and facilitators of the urbanization in our country. The issue, how to promote the migrant workers into the city, is becoming more and more important that influence the development of the national economy and urbanization. The number of the second generation of migrant workers is more than an half of the total amount in this country. So it is more and more significative to focus on studying the second generation of migrant workers.The paper is based on the work condition of the second generation of migrant workers in Dalian by questionnaire.the study shows that there are plenty of impediment on economy society and psychology in promoting the urbanization,although they are with good social integration environment,but situation of integrating into city is poor.Here are some problems: first of all,there are big difference in cultural quality,psychologic status, consciousness of rights safeguarding,and social communication between citizens and the second generation of migrant workers themselves. Second, the systems such as the resident registration system, the social security system and the vocational skills training are perfectionless.What’s more,These prejudices to the migrant workers are particularly prevalent among people living in the city.To this article,the second generation of migrant workers should take every opportunity to improve the competitiveness of themselves, take part in the social activities, learn to stand up for his own rights by Law. Reform census register system, improve social management, establish on-going On Job Training Programs for the migrant workers. Still need to a favorable external environment, true public opinion directs direct with policy. The urban residents should possess a peace, justice and tolerance attitude, strive for the second generation of migrant workers integrate into urban society as soon as possible.
