With the rapid development of information technology, Internet is much more widely used in production and daily life, culture and education, learning of skills and standardized management. At the same time, the new generation of migrant workers is becoming the main labor force of the city. This article expects to find out the dependency of Internet and the new generation of migrant workers, and tries to make the new generation of migrant workers seize the opportunity, avoid the disadvantages and improve themselves with the influence of the Internet.Due to the area of investigation of this article is Urumqi, first we try to contrast the personal and city life of Han and the minority nationality in the new generation of migrant workers, and thus more we can feel the difference of two groups in characteristic of city life, then we mainly using questionnaires and interviews to research. This article tries to descriptive analysis the new generation of migrant workers of Urumqi on their status in the economic, social, cultural and psychological with the Internet as the background, then using the Logistic two element regression analysis model to research the factors affecting of Internet on the new generation of migrant workers integrated into the city. The results of research shows that the family population of new generation of migrant workers is rarely, and they often take part in social entertainment which held by local resident of Urumqi Internet users, and they have their own units of the QQ group, WeChat group, and they learn new skills through the network, use the E-government network platform and to receive news from internet media. All they do above shows a positive significant impact on integrated into the city. But there are some new generation of migrant workers aged from 16 to 20 years old often show aggressive behavior on other people, and these behavior has a negative significant effect on integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the city, and the impact factors related to government, urban residents, units, community construction, network media, the new generation of migrant workers, and this article will give relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the influencing factors and subject which relating to above.
