At present, the globalization competition is intense, talent resource configuration is also gradually marketization, so the enterprise should be in the strategic thinking, planning and human resources.In nearly half a century of all kinds enterprise in our country enterprise management concept is not yet mature, produced in the process of human resource management experience highlights shortfalls. Known to human capital theory, people promote the Development of the enterprise, Develops the market need, technical innovation requires people, capital operation needed, system was finally as the carrier enterprise employees have qualified staff to call it a perfect enterprise.IT industry is mature, intellectual talent demand into a steady growth trend in recent years, talent planning has become increasingly urgent. IT personnel management in our country yet forming, coupled with weak IT industry management concept of human resources managers, to some extent induced the IT industry’s worst outbreak.In the chapter on the theory of human resource planning to do a literature review, describes the types of functions, human resources planning, development processes, principles and implementation of human resources planning principles and patterns.Concluded on the basis of the present situation and analysis of D Company human resources planning, on D Company human resources planning, analysis of internal and external environment facing, and to apply SWOT analysis summarizes the situation of D Company human resources. Chapter fourth analysis of D respectively of the company’s human resources demand and supply situation and further analysis of D Company balance between supply and demand of human resource planning. Chapter fifth in the first few chapters of analysis on the basis for the IT industry human resources planning, the programmer for improvement of D Company, and focused on the implementation of human resources planning organization, procedure, process monitoring and protection programmers.Through the planning study of D company’s human resources, to provide a reference the company’s human resources planning in the next five years, but also provide reference for the human resource planning to the IT industry.
