In the era of knowledge economy, human resources is a core resource competition between enterprises, is a decisive resource for the survival and development of all enterprises, future competition among enterprises has evolved to become a talent competition, Therefore, only strengthen the perfect management of human resources, attract talent retain talent, good training and good talent, to be able to occupy the initiative, to be able to have a strong core competitiveness and long-term development in the fierce market competition.Human resource planning is an important part of the process of human resources management, and the ability of the business of good human resources planning, development and implementation of effective strategy has become a key to its ability to keep talent competitive advantage and sustained, rapid and stable development of the talent competition.
