The Case Study On Metrology Management In D Institute

During the research process of scientific and technology, the science workers need better digital accuracy than before with the improvement of equipment manufacturing technology. It means that the measuring instruments they need to measure data are taken seriously by the workers,while these metrological implement management is also taken seriously, rising gradually.Since it is only in recent years that metrology management has been drawn public attention and accepted by entrepreneurs, some managers didn’t realize the importance of it in the first place, which inevitably led to some deviation and problems in daily operation. Take D Institute as an example, the problems of metrology management are mainly on the missing measuring of the instruments and things like that. These deviation and problems had taken related to metrology and indirectly slowed down the pace of overall development in D Institute.Based on the related theories which are learned during the classes when I was a student of MBA. this thesis mainly studies and then analyzes problems in the metrology management faced by D Institute, especially the problems of buying, using and measuring the instruments, a representative of research institutions. The research gives the root cause of the problem, during the whole metrology management in D Institute, and then tells us the necessity to adopt modern metrology management. According to the actual situations, the thesis gives us the solutions to the raised problems,such as the communication problems, and hopes that D Institute will receive good results on metrology management after taking steps to make it better.This thesis does main researches on the metrology management problems of D Institute. The thesis wants to enhance the level of metrology management and to improve the quality management in the whole institute.We hope this thesis could maintain the traditional advantages of the institute that continue making things better, and the other institutes in China could use the experience for reference.
