Metrology have played more prominent role, especially after China’s accession to WTO. People also have a new understanding of measurement, metrology management have gradually been valued by enterprises.However, due to the metrology management of enterprise is based primarily on "Metrology Law", that has been not revised for 30 years. In addition, as the global economic integration process is accelerating, trade barriers are being broken. Legal metrology, measurement technology are also going international, in accordance with relevant principles of the WTO, domestic calibration market gradually liberalized, which led to the enterprises can’t properly grasp the current changes in the metrology management, there will be some deviations and problems.BS is a manufacturer of measuring instruments, due to nature of its own, the company attaches great importance to the metrology management. But because the situation changes and their own limitations, metrology of gradual integration with the West, leading to company management personnel can’t understand related requirements very well, there are some problems in the equipment, personnel and products, which lead to some impact to the company’s rapid development.On the basis of detailed research on the company BS, with literature, interviews and empirical research study, this paper presents the problems and deficiencies of BS company’s metrology management in the use Business Administration knowledge and These issues are analyzed in detail to identify the causes of the problem, and finally proposed solutions with the current of the new requirements of domestic metrology management, look after BS company take appropriate measures to achieve good results.This is the research and study to the BS company’s metrology management. We hope to raise the level of its metrology management, which in turn improve the company’s product quality control level and overall strength, and also can be used as reference to metrology management like such other companies.
