Research On Improving Industry Metrology Service System Of Quanzhou Government

As the industry continues to promote local economic development, metrology plays an increasingly important role. In the past few years, leaders of Quanzhou government have attached great importance to the establishment and perfection of the industrial metrology testing service system. With repeated visits, the leaders require that more investment be put in metrology testing equipment and ability to serve local economic development be strengthened, bringing effective development to metrology. However, the metrology system of the service industry remains weak, and the ability to serve and support the industrial economy is relatively low. There are still several problems such as the lack of metrology platform of industrial informationization, the lack of metrology testing service system of local industry, and no proper implementation of energy metering of key energy-consuming enterprises etc.This study focuses on the industrial metrology service system of Quanzhou City, involving different research methods like literature research, case studies, and comparative analysis. With an overview of the development and current situations of Quanzhou industrial metrology system, the study is conducted into the current situations and existing problems of the industrial metrology service system based on metrology, metrology service system and service-oriented government. With the advanced experience of Guangzhou public service platform, Hangzhou industrial metrology testing services, and construction of Fuzhou industrial metrology Center, the study, form government-dominated perspective, is aimed at an industrial metrology service system that is more suitable for Quanzhou City. Some measures are proposed to perfect the industrial metrology service system in Quanzhou from the four aspects: construction of metrology public information platform, establishment of industrial metrology testing service, energy measurement service of the key energy-consuming enterprises, and governmental standardization of enterprise metrology management system. These measures will make metrology better serve local industries, and promote local economic development.
