| Aviation scientific research projects as a complex project with a higher technological level, have the characteristics of strong innovation, a large number of capital investment, a long of development and production cycle. Various risk factors are endless in many aspects of the system, often because a part of ill-considered, may lead to huge losses. So science-based risk management is extremely important for aviation scientific research projects.Because of the particularity of the aviation scientific research projects, general, the traditional project management methods have been unable to the current aviation scientific research projects management, as aviation scientific research projects with its own characteristics need to be more scientific and closer to the actual way to manage. Therefore, using the theories and methods of risk management, to the characteristics and management status of the aviation scientific research projects, and combined with the whole process of implementation of some aviation scientific research project, conducted a comprehensive and detailed risk analysis to the demonstration stage, the product development stage, the stereotypes stage, and put forward the corresponding risk countermeasure for the existence of risks of all stages, make the conduct and management of the entire project has been the scientific management, reduces the probability of the risk and the loss of existing risk.Finally, conducted a comprehensive risk management to the entire project, identified the risk factors in the project with Brainstorming, Delphi Method, Flow Charts and so on. And sorted the risk factors with AHP, obtained the weight of each risk factor, identified the key risk factors, makes the whole project can be appropriate risk measure to the risk, and make the good experiences and lessons can be extended to the other aviation scientific research project, and provides a reliable approach to risk management and response measures. |
