| China’s home textiles industry starts late compared to the foreign home textile industry, hut after developing in recent years, it has developed into an emerging integrated strong industry, and became an important pillar industry of China’s textile industry, and it has made tremendous contributions to national economic growth and employment. The international trade of home textiles is one of the most important way for China’s textile industry, and it is always been supported by China government. But clue to a substandard product and other factors in recent years, customer complaints a lot, and it also caused great losses to the enterprises. international trade as one of the main channel connection between foreign markets and domestic producers, it plays a very important role the industry trade. This article aims to quality control of purchasing process that international trading company buy from suppliers (manufacturers), and has made a study on how to conduct quality control and supervision. Among them, there are three parts were analyzed and summarized in front of three chapters, which are background and significance of this study, segmentation and product characteristics of the types of home textiles, as well as international trading company trading process. In the study process of this article, the author combined with industry practice, got into business units conducting field research, and communicated with corporate management and business units, departments which are related with this line, access to awealth of primary source materials, which were used to analyze the deep-seated reasons that cause quality complaints, and laid the foundation for the quality control supervision later. The fourth chapter focuses on how to set supplier selecting model, and according to the model, there are three kinds of results obtained: The results of the evaluation is the pros and cons comparing to setting standards, the percentage of single evaluation parts in whole evaluation program and, the overall supply capacity level. The fifth chapter proposed the specific methods and recommendations on how-to supervise the production process of the supplier. Pre-shipment Inspection as a final process to ensure the quality of the goods, Chapter Ⅵ also proposed the specific methods and gave specific examples. Finally, there was a summary of the full text given in the last chapter. This article is given a good proposal in strongthening the quality control for home textiles foreign trade enterprises to purchase home textile products from supptier. |
