| Based on the study of Chinese textile industry,this article described the region,form of business enterprise and structure of the textile industry,as well as compared the different markets between domestic market and foreign market of Chinese home textiles industry,and analyzed it by SWOT.This paper analyzed the positive and negative effects of the REACH regulations as technical barriers on Chinese home textiles export by analysis of the cost growth for Chinese home textile enterprises.Through the regression analysis of the SVHC numbers influence the export of the company which hasn't taken any measures for REACH,thus draws the conclusion: For the export value of the private enterprises which hasn't taken any measures for REACH,it was not much affected at the initial stage due to the steady growth of the export environment is very well,during the economic crisis it decreased slightly,after the economic crisis it has been effected quite a lot by the SVHC cumulative quantity.If the company does not make any response measures,it is likely to be phased out forced to withdraw from the EU market.Based on the analysis of REACH influence on Chinese home textiles industry,this article gave advice and made suggestions. |
