With the rapid development of the economic of China and the ongoing improvementof the living standard of people, tourism with the oil industry and automobile industryhas been listed as the three major industries of the world. Many provinces, cities, districtsof China have taken tourism as the pillar industry and the leading industry, andimplemented the tourism development strategy of the government’s leading. At the sametime, People’s outbound tourism requirements in China are increasingly thriving. Withmore than ten years development, China’s outbound tourism not only has reached a highlevel, but also the speed of development has grown faster. The elaboration level ofoutbound tourism is a sign of the economic elaboration level of a country, is a sign ofhow a country open to and merge into the world and internationalization. Thedevelopment of outbound tourism is also an opportunity for development oftourism internationalization. With the continued growth of China’s economic and theongoing improvement of the living standard of people also the appearance of theoutbound tourism related strategy, makes outbound tourism becoming a new fashion fornational people, the outbound tourism market become an important part of tourismmarket.In this thesis, with the comprehensive using the method of documents research、questionnaire investigation and statistics analysis, taking the decision-making behaviorwill influencing factors of outbound tourism of the residents of Shenyang as the researchobject, trying to find out the urban residents’ decision-making will of outbound tourismof the biggest city in Northeast. Analyzing、extracting and summarizing each outboundtourism decision-making behavior will influencing factors of the urban residents ofShenyang, building a relationship of factor that can affect outbound travel of the urbanresidents of Shenyang, discussing the impact of individual internal andexternal influencing factors and product factors to the outbound tourism decision-makingbehavior, providing a reference for market segmentation and for developingeffective marketing strategies. The conclusion of the study can guide the exploitation ofoutbound tourism market of the urban residents of Shenyang and the product design directly. By well understanding the outbound tourism decision-making behaviorwill influencing factors of the urban residents, a company can design their product,improve their service, make effective marketing plan and seek more advantagesof competition position. Conclusion of the study for influencing factors analyzing, canhelp the customers realize the barriers factors of outbound tourism, can help the travelerschose the better product and service of outbound tourism. At the same time, theconclusion of the study can provide benefit revelation for continues healthy developmentof outbound tourism market of Shenyang.As a whole, by in-depth investigation and comprehensive analysis, it draws theconclusion of the study:The decision-making behavior will influencing factors ofoutbound tourism of the residents of Shenyang and its feature and regular pattern; Thekey factor which affect the resident of Shenyang to choose the outbound tourism countryor region most; The differences of the resident of Shenyang outbound tourism attitudeand behavior. The most innovation point of this thesis is: this paper takes thedecision-making behavior will of outbound tourism of residents of Shenyang as theresearch object for the first time. The research results will be more meaningful and valuefor the practice. In the analysis of influencing factors on the outbound tourismdecision-making behavior will of the residents of Shenyang, we can understand thefeatures and regular patterns of the travelers with different demographic characteristics intravel time, travel space and travel motivation sides, and to provide a reference fortourism enterprises on this basis. At the same time, making a position analyze foroutbound tourism market of Shenyang, making an evaluate for the outbound tourismexperience of the residents of Shenyang, try to provide useful suggestions from theperspective of supply chain, for the healthy development of outbound tourism market ofShenyang.
