Analysis And Optimization On Virtual Enterprise Of Dangerous Goods Logistics

With the rapid development of the information and technology, the trend of the cooperatives and specialization has appeared in dangerous goods logistics enterprises in China, and single enterprise is difficult to achieve the quick response when it face to the market opportunity. However, as the means of the resource integration between the enterprises, the virtual enterprise has become the realistic choice that the dangerous goods logistics enterprises grasp the market opportunity in China.In this paper, the domestic and foreign relevant literature material were explained and the basic theory, characteristics and the current situation of the dangerous goods logistics were analysised, meanwhile the meaning and the development tendency of the virtualization of the dangerous goods logistics were discussed.Concepts of the virtual enterprise of dangerous goods logistics was put forward and the connotation and features were discussed. The structural model was constructed in two ways: one is the hierarchical structure; the other is the organization structure, while the paper proposed a three-phase model from the point of view of the life cycle and put forward the construction of the game model.The merit and demerit of the model of the virtual enterprise of dangerous goods logistics was described in the paper with SWOT, and the analytical procedure of optimal sequence matrix analysis, key elements synergy and strategy analysis were introduced; eventually it got the conclusion that the WO strategy is the key factor. Namely it need grasp the opportunity of the dangerous goods logistics industry, and optimize the weakness which in model of the virtual enterprise of dangerous goods logistics, and accordingly made an optimizing strategy. Finanlly, the Theory and method which were put forward in paper was verified through the construction of the Virtual enterprise of Lanzhou petrochemical logistics branch.
