The research is based on the more serious energy crisis and competitive environment in domestic and foreign market. But under the condition of the lack of the resource, technical development and management capability, F company need decrease the risk of the new product development and increase the proportion of the success. Improving the efficiency of new product development management in F company is need urgently therefore.In this article, two problems are analyzed and solved:1. Using marketing and strategic management of corporation theories, the production line and the market share of the F company is deeply analyzed. Conditions of the F company competitors in domestic and foreign market is investigated. The opportunity and threaten of the outer environment and the advantage and the disadvantage of the inner environment of the new product development in F company is also analyzed. WO strategic has formed from the analysis of the SWOT. All these analysis is the basic of the theory and practice to improving the new product development.2. Using project management, market correlation theory, financial management and stage-state, the organization structure and the new product development is improved in F company. The market will instruct the each stage of the new product development and each output will be reviewed. All these improvement will be checked with the feasibility and the effect. Through the process optimization, the speed of response of the new products on the market will be enhanced, at the same time the success rate of new product commercialization will be increased. The development cycle of new products can be effectively shortened and existing product structure system will be improved. The competitiveness of the new products will be increased and the cost of new product development will be reduced. All of this will bring more profits for the company.The analysis of the new product development of F company is based on the market survey and instruction. It not only have the practicality of the evaluation with the knowledge of the new product develop management in domestic and foreign market, but also have the benefit to the current new product development management. It provide systematical implementing program and have some meaning in the practice instruction.
