According to domestic economy and needs of social development, accompanied by national stength and new technique, materia, technique and implement applied in project construction, the projects which my country investments in building are more and more complicated. Mang projects, particularly Qing zang Railway, San xia hydropower station and main-line railway net etc. are all advanced technique and long working-day projects. Project construction enrerprises have to come across the problem in change and claim. As project construction enrerprises, how they reply change and claim is the problems which they pay close attention to day by day. Mang construction enrerprises, especially big construction enrerprises regard change and claim as an important method of improving their management standards, strengthening their market competition and achieving more economic benefits, it really to a certain extent achievies more economic benefits for enrerprises..But mang construction enrerprises in my country lack knowledge of change and claim management and a set of systematic management model, that brings about their knowledges in dim and scattered condition at present. This text will solve the problem how construction enrerprises achieve clear and systematic knowledge in change and claim management. In view of the aim, this text draws a conclusion by means of systematic study on change and claim management based on M project. The major content of this text is as follows.Firstly, through systematically studying, analysing and approaching framework, aim, principle and management of M project’s organization, this text expounds how to build a specialized and efficient personnel of change and claim with a clear aim. Soon afterwards, this text analyses FIDIC contract of M project, it makes sure of rights and duties of cognate people in change and claim, explains the cause and content of contractor and owner’s change and claim and provides the way that contractor and owner deal with the dispute in change and claim.Secondly, this text schemes for change and claim of M project. It analyses focal point of change and claim in item track, tender, signing a contract, drafting paper, construction and acceptance’s stage, establishes change and claim’s main points, builds the duty matrix of change and claim’s work. It settles the problem that what to do, how to do and who to do in change and claim’s work.Then, through associating the enforcement of change and claim in M projict, it explains the step and working procedur of change and claim’s enforcement. This text summarizes method of change and claim through it analyses the cases of M project.Finally, this text mainly expounds claim countermeasures and auditing risks of M project, rationally evades the risk, takes risk countermeasures, so that it ensures the achieved benefits of change and claim agaist the loss. When this text introduces and analyses the auditing risks and claim countermeasures, it puts forward reply measures of change and claim.Through this text studies on organization construct, analyseing contract, plan, enforcement and management of risk countermeasures, it tries to find the way and the procedure out of change and claim. At the same time, this text provides a salutary lesson’s experience and method of change and claim management.
