Research On CTM Business Organization Change Based On Information Technology

The third technological revolution led by information technology has caused the profound changes in the environment that enterprise facing. The enterprise can not obtain the development unless they adapt to environment through transformation.On the base of the introduction of domestic and foreign researches on the organizational transforms arising from information technology and current practical environment, this paper presents the signification and background of enterprises’ informatization in current environment and the relationship with the enterprise organizations and transformation direction, and introduces several suitable transformation models in the informatization processes. Through analyzing the profile and the informatization processes of the CTM, this paper analyzes the information technology application’s influence on enterprise development, analyzes and discusses the issues in enterprises and the influencing factors of enterprise organizational structures in the informatization process. Through the studies on the organizational structure, characteristic and management potency of enterprise before informatization, this paper recommends ideas and solutions for enterprise organizational transformation, introduces the transformation process, analyzes and appraises the organizational structure characteristic and the management potency of the CTM after the implementation of organizational transformation, and summarizes the successful experience and lessons of failure. The entire research work is an implementation case of organizational transformation of nonferrous metals trading enterprises’informatization process.
