Research On Business Organization Change Based On Information Technology

Nowadays, the third technical revolutionary driven by information technology (IT) is proceeding, which influenced widely, almost around the society, and the environment a business organization faces has been changed greatly. Accordingly, the business organization will have to adapt to changed environment as to survive and develop. However, the organization is really not passively chosen by environment, but actively accommodates itself to environment through change, even affects it, in order to reach coordination and balance between them. In view of that, the thesis proposed the title "The Business Organization Change Based on IT" and research on it.The thesis contains six parts. Firstly, it introduced the setting, purpose to select this topic, and researchful actuality in & out of our country, and then gave topical research path and structure. In part two, after analyzing the meaning of IT and business organization change separately, the author pointed to the relation between IT and business organization change, which settled researchful basis for the thesis. During the third part, the author revealed the definition of business organization change based on IT, and describes its developing trend, which indicated direction for analyzing and studying change model and program later. Till part four, a synthetic business organization change model on the basis of IT was put forward, meanwhile the writer discussed in detail the model's constructing factors and mechanism. Through the fifth part, the change program and choosing process were worked out according to that synthetic model stated above, and then the author elaborated concrete steps how to carry out change, and also addressed other important elements to make sure of success. In the last part, the author approximately summarized achievements and insufficiency on this topic, and forecast later development for the next further research. In general, the thesis mainly researched the background, conception, developing trend, analysis model, program and relevant implementation issues concerning business organization change based on IT, thereby, the thesis constructed a theoretical system of business organization change much integrally.
