Study Of Boundary Regional Economic Cooperation Between Liaoning Province And Jilin Province

The current China has come to the regional economic development stage from provincial economic, the development of regional economy will promote a new round of reform and opening up of China, provinces border region is on inter-provincial economic transition zone, the area is the key area regional to the overall development.Economic cooperation of border region between Liaoning Province and Jilin Province,will take the lead to achieve the northeast region economic integration promoted and produce a great demonstration effect, with the theory and practice of the value and significance of research.Based on the domestic and foreign provincial border-regions economic cooperation literature and reference, and based on the successful regional economic cooperation cases, form the connotation, the provincial economic cooperation theory, experience the general summary and sums up and using for reference. Then provincial economic cooperation study will materialize to liaoning province and between jilin province, firstly have the situation analysis respectively of two provinces border area cities,including natural resources, economic development, three industry, infrastructure and tourism resources, and other aspects of the investigation, and through the resources endowment difference, economic contact related degree, industrial structure similarity coefficient, characteristic industrial, marketization index and economic indicators of the two provinces border area economy are analyzed, finally summarized and analyzed economic cooperation conditionality in the boundary regional between liaoning province and jilin province.According to economic development present situation and cooperation in the boundary region of jilin province and liaoning province, selected the applicable economic cooperation pattern and design with the cooperation mechanism for the local and present situation, finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures on terms of the thought, cooperation mechanism, industrial division of labor and cooperation platform and legal talent, which has strong feasibility and pertinence.
