The Under-forestry Economy Development Research Under The Guidance Of Participatory Approach

After the collective forest tenure reform, the under-forestry economy of our country develops very quickly. Proved by large quantity of facts, developing under-forestry economy is an very important approach to boost the economic development of forest region and increase farmers’income. In this background, researching the comprehensive benefits of under-forest economy and the way to boost it becomes a very meaningful issue.The B village of JinZhai country AnHui Province uses the participatory methods to develop its under-forestry economy and achieved good results. Based on B village,this thesis adopts empirical research methods; take the decision-making and implementation process as the main line; analyze the interactive relationship among the government,the village committee and the farmers. On the basis of the above content, this thesis reveals the operating mechanism of the under-forestry economy projects. At last, this thesis researches the economic benefits, ecological benefit,and social benefits of the under-forestry economy in B village.
