Research On The Development Of Forestry Ecological Economy In China

With the rapid economic development, environmental issues become more and more serious, people have begun to attach importance to ecological construction. Forestry is an important industry in respect of long-term human survival and development, undertaking the important task of forest product supply and ecological construction, and therefore the quality of its developments have a direct impact on the ecological aspects of economic development, which is related to our country’s ecological construction and sustainable development, and it plays an important role in social development.In this paper, the development status of Chinese forestry ecological economy is selected as the research object. Based on the theory of sustainable development, the externality theory, the coordinated development theory as well as the theory of dynamical systems theory, it discusses the theoretical basis of Chinese forestry ecological economic development. From our development of forestry ecological economy, the Chinese forestry ecological economy will be divided into forestry ecosystems, forestry economic system, forestry, respectively, from the three aspects selecting representative indicators, to construct the corresponding evaluation system, evaluation model, we will have empirical analysis on the development of forestry ecological economy to indicate which advantages and disadvantages of Chinese forestry ecological economy, it has a certain significance to provide theoretical guidance for the future direction of China’s forestry development.In this paper, the first and second chapters are to provide a theoretical basis for empirical research behind, elaborating background and basis for this article. The third and fourth chapters are the main core sections, doing empirical analysis for development of forestry ecological economy. The fifth chapter is given the appropriate conclusions and policy recommendations on the basis of the previous chapter empirical analysis.The core content of this paper is as follows:The third chapter mainly will select the forestry eco-economic development indicators, introducing the principle of selecting indicators, basic indicators were selected from the forestry ecological, economic aspects, building evaluation index system. Then look through the data to find the corresponding index data and introduce fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and multi-index comprehensive evaluation to pave the way for the fourth chapter empirical models analyzes.The fourth chapter is mainly doing empirical analysis on development of forestry ecological economy. Under the theoretical basis and practical guidance based on the previous two chapters, respectively, from the forestry ecology, forestry economic, by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and multi-index comprehensive evaluation model to do empirical analysis, from both horizontal and vertical on the development of forestry ecological economy. Through analysis we can see:Horizontally, the overall situation of Chinese forestry development of ecological economy is not very good, very uneven in regional development, and forestry economic development is mainly in the northeast and southwest, forestry ecological economic conditions in other areas are relatively poor, yet to be improved; From the vertical perspective, Chinese forestry ecological economy has been greatly improved from 2005-2014 decade, more rapid development, which is adapt to the level of economic development of China, but the ecological aspects of forestry development is not very clear, there is not much improvement. In the future, we should pay more attention to forestry ecological development.The fifth chapter is given the appropriate conclusions and policy recommendations on the empirical analysis of the fourth chapter. This chapter gives the conclusions respectively from the achievements of Chinese forestry ecological and economic development deficiencies. And then we were given the appropriate supporting policy recommendations from the forestry ecological, economic two levels.In this paper, after analyzing nearly 10 years of development of forestry ecological economic, we found that the overall level of Chinese forestry ecological economy is not very high, and the development of forestry ecological, economic, these two subsystems are not uniform, the development of forestry economy is relatively much faster than the other two. In the future course of forestry ecological economic development, we should be more attention to ecological benefits of forestry construction, so as to promote the coordinated development of forestry ecological, economic benefits, so that it is more conducive to the sustainable development of forestry ecological economy.
