In recent years, the core competitiveness has become the focus of the industry’sresearch, People have come to realize that the core competitiveness of enterprise is a sourceof acquiring sustainable competitive advantage. Only must the enterprises continue tocultivate and enhance the core competitiveness, that can lead to a dominant position in thefierce competition and to an invincible position. Since China is reforming and opening up,the telecommunications enterprise is reforming deeply and notably increasing. Thehomogeneity and heterogeneity of China’s telecommunications industry competition bringthe telecommunications from the quiet operation of the monopoly to the intense oligopolisticmarket competition. Therefore, through establishing a scientific evaluation index system,analyzing the competitiveness of enterprises, we can enable enterprises clearly understandtheir position in the competition, Enhance their overall strength, improve the adaptability ofthe enterprise in the market, and promote enterprise development and growth.The theoretical significance of this study is that this paper systematic combines theresults of the research of scholars on the core competitiveness of enterprises, optimize theelements of evaluation model of the enterprise’s core competitiveness, raise the Unicomcompany’s core competitiveness evaluation index system, and leaving an importantsignificance of enriching and improving the theory and evaluation system of the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. The practical significance is that this paper systematicanalyzing the constitution of the core competitiveness of enterprises, make a comparativeanalysis with other enterprises in the same industry, it will help the enterprises to develop acompetitive strategy of differentiation. What’s more, the paper makes a qualitative andquantitative evaluation of the elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises and theevaluation model, it will be propitious to improve enterprise management system and targetfor the improving strategies.This paper selects a communication companies as a case, and make a deep analysis ofthe four aspects of with the SWOT method, consisting of the aspects of strength, weakness,opportunities and threatens. In order to analyze the competitive environment, and raise acompetitive strategy to enhance their core competitiveness resources. Moreover, through adeep analysis of the impact elements of communication enterprises, the paper established the core competitiveness evaluation index system of the telecommunication enterprise, includingthe four first indicators and fifteen second indicators. On the basis of deeply analyzing thetelecommunication enterprise core competitiveness evaluation index system, we defined theweight with the method AHP and established the evaluation model. In addition, we made aempirical study of evaluating the core competitiveness of the uniform company, and made aappraisal and analysis.Lastly, we proposed five recommendations according to the actual situation via deepanalysis, detailed discussion. That are:①Pay attention to the cultivation of thecommunication ability of corporate marketing. That is to say, establish the marketing systemwhich adapt to the market demand, that is necessary to the face of market competitionsituation correctly, handle the contact with the user, to promote the business according touser’s needs.②Make the market expansion based on the users needs. That is to say, facingdifferent user groups, we should provide appropriate service emphasis,in order to meet usersneed.③Promotion of the detailed service and the enhance the quality of service. That is tosay, pay attention to the little things, pay attention to detail, continuously provide users witha more suitable service and obtain user’s feedback, to enhance a better quality of service andsupply the user with a better experience.④Focus on enterprise innovation abilitycultivation, and fully support the innovation and technological research. That is to say, wecould enhance the ability of the innovation of the telecommunication enterprise in the aspectof management and technology. Provide the new products and new services to meet marketand user needs, in can lead to a good position in the market competition.⑤Focus on thedevelopment of corporate human resources strategy, and build a good organizational climate.That is to say, if we want to maintain our competitive advantage in the competition fortalented person, we should not only pay attention to the employee learning and developmentcapacity, but also pay attention to retain and attract the best talented persons to join in thecompany. Meanwhile, we should train our staff with responsibility and the belong sense ofteamwork, and create a good atmosphere stands united to improve together. In the end of thepaper, we made a carding and summarize of the full text, and give a outlook of the future andthe follow-up study.
