The Mobile Communications and the Internet are two areas, which are themost rapid developing speed in the world, and highest activity of innovation andapplication. The combination of the two areas creates vast development space andinnovative business model for telecom operators. with a variety of commonbusiness models, it is a constant change of development mode in entire informationindustry. JiLin Unicom which is one of the most important mobile telecom carriersin JiLin Province, to fully understand the changes with the mobile Internet industrychain in the communications industry; meanwhile, to in-depth study of thestrategic layout in the field of mobile Internet; lastly to seize the earningsopportunities in the overall operation of the JiLin Unicom brought by the newdevelopment and changes.Thought on the Choice the basis of the Subject is composed by the concern ofthe above phenomenon. According to the logistic thought about raising theproblem, analyzing it, and solving it, the subject first expounded a positive role inpromoting the development of the telecommunications industry, creating newrevenue opportunities, and promoting the upgrade of3G users. Subsequently, itanalyzed the circumstance of the domestic and foreign operators in the mobileInternet. By means of the analysis of the macro and micro factors of affecting thedevelopment of China’s Mobile Internet, it found out the reason of obstructing thedevelopment of mobile Internet products in JiLin Unicom company. It is proposedstrategies and measures of product marketing in JiLin Unicom mobile Internet. Italso illustrated the strategic orientation of marketing strategy, as well as thepositioning of Jilin Unicom in the industrial chain. This article proposed thesuitable3G marketing plan for JiLin Unicom, which is to create own openinnovation system and attract more3G users through the new terminal contract plan, and build the operating platform which is suitable for the sector applicationand internet of things.
