In this article, by the analyzing data, absorptive capacityhave an intermediary function between in the network embeddedness and enterpriseinnovation performance.Finally, this paper gives two some Suggestions for service outsourcing enterprise toimprove the innovation achievements: to strengthen enterprise network embeddedness andabsorption ability.
