Nowadays,the market environment is changing rapidly.The focus of competition among enterprises has already shifted from physical products to services.Service innovation plays an increasingly important role in building and maintaining competitive advantages of enterprises.However,it is difficult to carry out independent service innovation only by relying on the resources of a single enterprise.Enterprises need to obtain valuable knowledge and resources from external partners.Therefore,enterprises should build a good embedded relationship with partners.But it is not enough to have good embedding relationship.In the external network embedded by enterprises,there are various kinds of knowledge and resources.Whether enterprises can acquire the knowledge and resources they need from it is very important for enterprises to carry out service innovation.At the same time,knowledge acquisition from the external network is also influenced by the internal environment of enterprises.The more significant the positive impact of relationship embedding on knowledge acquisition is for enterprises with abundant internal social capital,and the more efficient the enterprises are in knowledge acquisition.A good embedding relationship can help enterprises quickly and effectively acquire the knowledge and resources needed,and then promote their own service innovation and improve service innovation performance,and ultimately promote its transformation into a competitive advantage of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes knowledge acquisition as a mediating variable to further explore the mechanism of relationship embeddedness affecting the performance of enterprise service innovation,which has certain research value.Based on embedding theory and social capital theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of relationship embedding,knowledge acquisition,service innovation performance and internal social capital,and explores the mediating role of knowledge acquisition between relationship embedding and service innovation performance,as well as the moderating role of internal social capital between relationship embedding and knowledge acquisition.The SPSS21.0 software was used to perform correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on 310 valid sample data to test the researchhypothesis proposed in this paper and obtain the following conclusions: first,relationship embeddedness has a positive effect on service innovation performance;second,knowledge acquisition plays a partial intermediary role between relationship embeddedness and service innovation performance;Third,internal social capital plays a positive regulation between relationship embeddedness and knowledge acquisition.This study verifies the positive effect of relationship embeddedness on service Innovation performance.And it examines the intermediary role of knowledge acquisition in relationship embeddedness and service innovation performance and the positive moderating role of internal social capital in relationship embeddedness and knowledge acquisition,which enriches the research on the impact mechanism of relationship embeddedness on enterprise service innovation.In addition,the introduction of internal social capital as an internal environmental variable shows that the richer the internal social capital,the more significant the positive impact of relationship embeddedness on knowledge acquisition,which provides a certain reference for enterprises to carry out service innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
