Research On Logistics Enterprise Service Innovation Performance And Network Embeddedness

In the era of global services, service innovation has become an important way of logistics enterprises to seize the market and seek development. But with the gradually increasing competition in the market, only to rely on their own resources, logistics enterprises has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of service innovation, which will require logistics companies to seek external resources. Positive effect on network embeddedness and innovation performance have been studied by many scholars, but from the perspective of competitive strategy research on embeddedness and service innovation performance still need further exploration. So this research regards logistics enterprise as the object and discusses the impact mechanism between network embeddedness and service innovation performance under the perspective of competitive strategy.First, the relationship between competitive strategy, embeddedness and service innovation performance is summarized on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad; secondly, basing on the exploratory case study of three logistics companies, this research presents the initial conceptual model of competitive strategy, embeddedness and service innovation performance; through the 184 questionnaire survey, this paper verifies the initial conceptual of competitive strategy, embeddedness and service innovation performance using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis; finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper come to the conclusion: Network embeddedness has a positive effect on logistics enterprise service innovation performance and competitive strategy has regulation on these effects. Relation embeddedness has a positive impact on service innovation performance, low-cost strategy and differentiation strategy has enhanced the impact of this effect; Structure embeddedness has a positive impact on service innovation performance, low-cost strategy has a positive effect on strengthening the role of this, but differentiation strategy has weakened the positive impact. The end of the thesis, the limitations of this study, and the possible future research direction were prospected.
