Research On The Industrial Cluster Upgrading In Transnational Outsourcing System Based On The Innovation Network

With the development of economic globalization,global production refines constantly,gradually showing the development characteristics which are the international division of production process and manufacturing outsourcing.Under this background,Chinese manufacturing industry seize the opportunity,take advantage of the cost,improve the capacity of supporting industries to attracte international enterprises transfer the domestic production link in,for participating actively in international production and division of labour.With foreign direct injection and the rate of production transfer increasing,the coastal areas in our country developed rapidly the distinct characteristics of form as " massive economy""capital economy " as regional industry cluster,it is a good luck for promoting its own value chain transition and domestic manufacturing industry upgrading by outsourcing activities.However,as the2007financial crisis brings a series of severe challenges, resource shortages,rising labor costs,barriers to international trade,increaseing environmental pressure gradually appeared,it brings concussion to our country manufacturing industry development,economy grows "bottleneck",the research on the basic intrinsic power of industry upgrading of Chinese outsourcing system sustainable development.Based on the analysis and summary of theories and scholars’ research in our country for the connotation of transnational outsourcing system and industrial cluster innovation network,in the new perspective of outsourcing it have researched for the formation,connotation and feature or structure of the industrial clusters embedded in the system of transnational outsourcing,the more detailed connotation of upgradation of industrial clusters embedded in the system of transnational outsourcing and elaborated its upgrading level and limited factors.In addition,based on the characteristics and power of industry cluster upgrading levels embedded system of transnational outsourcing,as the innovation network’s functions for the industry cluster upgrading embedded transnational outsourcing system at each stage,it has analysised the function system and based on the innovation network proposed a series of countermeasures include of mining multiparty technology source,improving the innovation ability of the core network,giving full of the guarantee function of the government’s development strategy and gradually perfecting the construction of the independent innovation environment.This paper has corresponded research on industrial cluster upgrading in the perspective of embedded transnational outsourcing system;proposed points of strategy in the perspective of the innovation network based on the effects of the innovation network for the industrial clusters upgrading embedded in the transnational outsourcing system.
