Research On The Impact Of Innovation Transfer Obstacle In The Industrial Cluster Innovation Network On Cluster Upgrading

Along with the economic globalization and the development of science and technology,the industrial cluster innovation network has become the source of competitive advantage in the international area.At present,China's industrial clusters appeare one problem that innovation ability is not enough and the development potential lacks,to maintain the industrial cluster innovation network to be advanced and active,the transfer of innovation ability is very important.The transfer of innovation ability is the deep reason for the cluster to gain strong competitiveness,but there are many obstacles in the process of innovation ability transfer.Therefore,it is very important for the upgrading of the cluster to study the obstacles of innovation ability transfer in the innovation network of industrial clusters.Based on the previous studies,this paper proposes the conceptual model of innovation ability transfer obstacles in the industrial cluster innovation networks,analyzes each obstacle to restrict the degree of cluster upgrading,and put forward feasible countermeasures,to clear obstacles for the effective transmission of innovation in the cluster innovation network and promote the sustainable development of industrial clusters.First of all,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on the industrial clusters innovation network,innovation ability transfer obstacles and the upgrading of industrial clusters.Secondly,based on related theories,this paper puts forward the hypothesis and gain the conceptual model of innovation ability transfer obstacles in the industrial cluster innovation networks through questionnaire survey and data analysis,finally establishes its scale of measurement.Then,the paper analyzes the innovation ability transfer obstacles in the industrial cluster innovation networks and the upgrading of clusters.The paper selects the electronic information industry cluster in Qinhuangdao Development Zone as the research object by using AMOS17.0,and then verifies the hypothetical relation of the innovation ability transfer obstacles in the industrial cluster innovation networks and the upgrading of clusters by establishing structural equation model.Then the paper weights the obstacle variable by using the correlation coefficient method to obtain restriction degree of each obstacle to the cluster upgrading.Finally,the paper establishes evaluation system of innovation ability transfer obstacles in the industrial cluster innovation networks,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the innovation ability transfer in the industrial cluster innovation networks according to the results of empirical research,this will have an important significance on the cluster upgrading.
