Research On Financing Mode And Evaluation Of Village Reconstruction In Wuhan

Up to now, the pace of urbanization has been accelerated significantly for20years, followed with Villages in many cities of our country emerged nearly anywhere, being discordant notes in urban construction, and has brought the government and the people many distress. The Villages is just one phased in the stage of the economic development and urbanization in China, concentrated on reflecting the various contradictions in the alternating and running between the old and the new system in China’s urbanization process, reflecting the uncompleted of its process, of which the inevitable result is transformed into urbanization totally. Domestic scholars have done a lot of in-depth research on existing social and economic problems for the Villages, and find that Villages formed mainly due to the rapid development of urbanization, the urban-rural dual land ownership and management structure and economic interests driving. The present problems of Villages can be epitomized in the land issues all, the transformation of the villages is the reasonable optimization configuration of land resources in the city.According to related research on the Village Reconstruction activities in the context of the knowledge-based economy at home and abroad, combined with research interviews, induction and deduction, this paper proposed a new financing mode of the Village Reconstruction in Wuhan which is called "PPP with4participants". The article integrated make use of land supply and demand theory, the multi-disciplinary knowledge government management, game theory among related stakeholders, combined with the actual situation in China to do research on the subject. Text is divided into six chapters, as follows:Chapter1is the introduction of the purpose and significance in this study, the technical route of the method, the framework intended to solve the problem, summarizes the research status and development based on a research article. Chapter2provides a brief description of the theoretical basis of the Village Reconstruction Chapter3,by using of the method of qualitative analysis,find factors affecting financing costs. Using dynamic game model to analyze the distribution of interests of the parties involved in the Village Reconstruction, analyze the financing difficulties in Wuhan City, due to participates in The Game. Chapter4from an angle that PPP financing model has been implemented in Wuhan, summarized the financing channels, the development mode of operation in this mode, and the constraints of financing difficulties of this mode, which put forward the innovative PPP mode, the actual operation of the process of the Village Reconstruction in Wuhan, and analyses its funding cycle during the transfer process. Chapter5using the above conclusions, against the financial constraints, analyses the specific case in which PPP model is implied of Wuhan, and make analytical assessment of its participants’benefits. Chapter6summarize whole papers, on the basis of the text analysis, making a comprehensive summary of the full text of the research process, and point out the inadequacies of this article, the direction of development and research trends and outlook of China’s transformation of villages financing.
