| Although the transformation of urban village is a project that benefits the people,it is more complex and involves more groups.To achieve a fair distribution of the interests of all parties,it must be a multi-party,long-term and complex process of interests and gambling.The coordination of the relationship between the major stakeholders in China has become the key to the successful completion of the transformation of the village in the city.This paper takes A city village in Wenzhou city as an example,based on the stakeholder theory to deeply study the protection of villagers' interests in the transformation of urban villages,so as to be able to properly solve the problem of urban village reconstruction.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,expounds the research background,the research significance and the research status at home and abroad.The second part is the overview of relevant theories.Firstly,the definition of urban villages,urban village reconstruction and interest groups are defined.Then,it elaborates the game theory,property rights theory and governance theory related to this study,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the in-depth analysis of the later part.The third part takes A city village in Wenzhou City as an example to the interests of urban village reconstruction in China.The conflicts and existing problems were elaborated.Firstly,the status quo of reconstruction of A village in Wenzhou City was explained.Secondly,the main body of interest in the transformation of urban village was analyzed.Then the inconsistencies between the various stakeholders in the process of village reconstruction were analyzed in depth.Finally,the problems in the transformation game in the urban village were proposed.The fourth part puts forward the strategies to protect the interests of villagers in the transformation of urban villages.The fifth part is the conclusion. |
