Enterprise Innovation And Quality Of Talent Evaluation System

On2005, General Secretary HU Jintao in the major strategy that builds innovation nation ideas proposed in "must adhere to the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, use about15years time to build China into an innovation country", want to achieve goal of this strategy, key in the innovative talents. Only the creative talents and qualities of in-depth research, in order to better training and use of innovative talents for the construction of an innovative country, to provide talent support. Nations on the creative talents of research is currently more of a stay in the concept and evaluation of the theoretical level, the quality of the creative talents, especially the quality of innovation and talent evaluation, has not carried out systematic research, theoretical research is weak, little empirical research, the lack of special talent for innovation quality measurement tools, it is difficult to innovation characteristics to inspect the quality of talent.In response to these issues, this study addresses three main issues:(1) corporate objective to reveal the scope and definition of creative talents, and business people should have the quality of the innovation structure;(2) preparation of a good reliability and validity business innovation and quality of talent evaluation scale:(3) According to the principle of AHP to determine the scale of the weight indicator system at all levels and conduct tests and analysis.Research program is the first in the literature review, based on talent summed up the concept of innovation, and quality of the structure and quality of the preparation of business innovators structure of the questionnaire; in the survey, based on the quality of talent to build innovation the theoretical structural model; then prepared according to the structure prediction quality scale creative talents to predict the quality of research and innovation talent reality of the structure, the quality of creative talents to form a formal scale; finally determined by the level of analysis the weight of each indicator for business the evaluation of applications.
