Research On Evaluation Of Urban Innovation Capability From The Perspective Of Innovation Quality

In the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the Party Central Committee made it clear that the way of economic growth should be changed to the drive of innovation.In particular,Henan has promulgated a lot of related policies in recent years,but in recent years,innovation-driven mainly focused on innovation in an innovative element,and did not integrate the innovative elements as a whole to improve the quality of innovation.Therefore,to improve the development model of Henan Province,we must find a more suitable for the current healthy development of Henan Province.Based on the theoretical analysis of urban innovation ability and its formation mechanism,this paper constructs the evaluation model of urban innovation ability from the perspective of innovation quality,and uses spss software factor analysis method to analyze the urban innovation ability of Henan Province since2011 The longitudinal comparative analysis was carried out and compared with the sample provinces for horizontal comparison and evaluation.This paper focuses on the construction of urban innovation ability evaluation model with the perspective of innovation quality,constructs the evaluation model of urban innovation ability from the perspective of innovation quality,and builds a new index evaluation system on the basis of this.Provincial city-level city innovation capacity.Through the analysis,the conclusion is that the cities in Henan Province show a relatively obvious stratification phenomenon in the construction of urban innovation ability.In the construction of innovation capacity of the city,the technological innovation quality of enterprises plays a role in the innovation ability of a city The role of the city in which the geographical advantages,the relevant policy support and other factors on the city's innovation capacity has played a positive role.Based on the analysis and evaluation of urban innovation ability in Henan Province,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the investment ability of urban innovation,improve the innovation environment,and enhance the transformation ability of innovation achievements.;Promote the construction of service system.To play the important role of enterprises in the city's innovative capacity and the relevant policies issued by the government's leading role,and graduallynarrow the gap in urban innovation capacity,so as to better improve the city's construction and development.
