The ability of mastering English is the most important ones in the21st century. More and more parents tend to cultivate their children’s English skill while providing them with good living condition. Yangzhou potential demand for English language training, which has become a hot industry, is increasing. In recent years, investment concerning children’s English learning has been rising. Faced with the huge market demand, lots of training institutions gather in Yangzhou to seize the huge market. The competition between these institutions becomes very fierce.The study, based on the background of English language training of Yangzhou WL, analyze the making of WL’s marketing strategy. Considering the basic process of marketing strategy formulation and implementation of specific marketing strategy and its due effect, this paper just made a more systematic planning with regard to the making process of WL’s marketing strategy. And expect to make a whole design of the marketing matters for WL company to make sure to implement the strategy of marketing. Based on this, this study using PEST theory, theory of the five competitive forces, SWOT theory and other methods, analyzes the external marketing environment, industry environment and internal environment for Yangzhou WL English training company; then, according to the basic process of marketing strategy, target market selection, market positioning, marketing strategy, it develops the marketing strategies for Yangzhou WL English training company. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the development of marketing strategy successfully and efficiently implemented in WL company, this paper attempts to improve the quality of staff, performance evaluation, and several aspects of employee loyalty to build the safeguard measures for marketing strategy towards Yangzhou WL English language training company.
