As a non-English country,China ranks first in the world in total population,and the number of English learners is very large.As China's international exchanges have grown in recent years,and its links with foreign countries have become stronger,it has become more necessary for the citizens to improve their English.In recent years,the English training market has been booming in major regions,especially economically developed cities.Some experts point out that in the next few years,Chinese schools will outnumber native English speakers,and the economy will continue to grow at a rate of 200 million per year.Only in city A,a number of English training institutions will increase by 30% in 2016,A growing number of parents believe,that children learn in the classroom 45 minutes of content have been unable to meet the requirements,so it has given rise to the emerging youth English training market.At the same time,with the increasing of Chinese national living standards,the need for parents to cultivate their children's English interests has reached an unprecedented height.However,due to the lack of a reasonable market positioning,mostly English training institution level the good and bad are intermingled,early some training organization pattern is weakened gradually,the advantages of the original marketing strategies and means more and more show its limitations,can lead to the development of English training institutions in recent years are not benign.This study is based on my experience in related industries,M young English training institutions,for example,using the theory of system of marketing,through multiple channels of industry information collection,and research the method of combining the current education training market industry to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research,the M and youth English training institution's marketing strategy optimization.Specific contents include: this paper analyzes the macro environment,consumer habits and industry characteristics of the English training institution of M,and studies the current situation and future development prospect of the youth English training institution,basing on the situation of education training,application marketing STP,SWOT analysis and 4C theory analysis.According to the theoretical basis of marketing,the existing marketing model and operating conditions,put forward the corresponding marketing strategy program.According to the conclusions obtained from the paper,M youth project the future development of English training institutions,providing a certain reference to appropriate youth English training institutions at the same time in the course of product set,pricing,and integrated marketing communications,to provide some reference.There are some shortcomings in this paper,which need to be further expanded and discussed.
