With the development of era and the accelerated pace of globalization,people's demand for English learning has also increasing greatly.As the economic improvement and growth of people's education consciousness,more and more people have been studying English.The English learning age group shows descending tendency.More and more children tend to comply with the surging demand for English learning.In our country,most of the training institutions attracted adults who have strong economic strength or the students who would go abroad.Today,due to the market competition and market segmentation,there are many professional English institutions for children in the market.Especially for minors at the age of 3-18,there are more than dozens of well-known institutions in Chengdu where the author is living.Some institutions have excellent teaching effect,but without the right marketing methods,they can not win success in the fierce market competition.For example,the OW English Training Institution For Children has good training products but poor sales performance,and the organization has been in a state of loss for a long time.So this research is based on the marketing theory.Firstly,I started from the existing customer survey.Secondly,I collected a large amount of industry information and analyzes what are the problems of the OW institution by using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,STP marketing theories,4Ps and other theories.Combined with my years of work experiences in related industries,I adjust the product structure,customer positioning,and put forward new marketing mix strategies to help the organization better survive and develop.Since the trainers of children's English training institutions and the consumers are different,that is,the children participate in the learning and the parents reach an agreement to buy the courses,so the particularity must be fully considered in the marketing process.So it is more difficult to sell courses for children's English training schools than adult English training schools,this paper would also investigate how to deal with this situation.Finally,based on the previous analysis,I offered the relevant internal management policy of how to guarantee the marketing strategy working.I hope that this paper can provide certain reference value for the favorable development of theOW English training institution.
