| The learning-English tide in China has become ever overwhelming since the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Overall English language training market by now has surpassed 30 billion RMB. The ecology of English language training schools, agencies and institutions, accordingly, has also experienced amazing evolutions, originating from the very first and the only giant New Oriental to the follow-up Global IELTS and New Channel among huge others, not to mention the current online mode represented by Smart Study.Teaching and service vary dramatically from one to another, and the competition is cruel. Now here is the questions: does money still take care of itself in running another training school, and if so, what would be the effective and prompt tactics to enter and grab the market, and, which mode better sells products and service, opting to the fashionable online or sticking to the conventional face-to-face? All these questions deserve well study before the founder goes any further.Humbly this dissertation sheds light on strategies to echo the questions raised above in an attempt to provoke deep insight into the feasibility of building and operating a successful English language training enterprise. Studies in the research deal with four components, each one carried out in a comprehensive manner and massive scale: market surveys, marketing campaign action-plan,financial status and cash-flow, and finally potential risks assessment. |
