Research On The Science And Technology Policy Of The Food Production In Jiangxi Province

In this paper, This article takes the modern economics research methods for guidance, according to the technological characteristics of the food production, and then apply the combination of empirical analysis and case studies to verify the contribution degree and effect of science&technology policy of the food production in Jiangxi food production development, to reveal the science&technology policies affecting Jiangxi food production development by factor analysis method. We obtain the required data of this study through a combination of methods of empirical research and theoretical studies. Among them, the empirical research is the main method, as well as field survey, typical survey, the expert advice of the relevant departments’survey, the search of relevant information, etc. To investigate the status of Jiangxi food production and Jiangxi food production science&technology policy, this paper points out the main problems and inadequacies of the Jiangxi food production science&technology policy. The main results are as follows:First, the serious shortage of investment in agricultural science&technology and rice production technology, low-tech; Second, food science and technology system changes slowly and employment difficulties; Third, the slow process of food science&technology applications; Finally, according to the influencing factors which restrict the development of Jiangxi food industry, we put forward five major scientific&technological policies and measures about the future of Jiangxi food production development. First, to use modern science and technology, improve the quality of cultivated land. Second is perfect food production technology promotion system, to increase grain production investment in science and technology;Third, it is deepening the reform of the science and technology system grain production, create food production technology innovation system; Four is to further improve the food production technology policies, establish food enterprise innovation subject;Five is promoting food science and technology industrialization process, promote the industrialization of grain.
