Analysis On The Affecting Factors Of Forest Farmers’ Demand For Forestry Science And Technology Services

Scientific and technological progress is the inexhaustible power to promote forestry development,plays a vital role in promoting rural economic development and improving people’s living standards.This study based on 500 parts of Jiangxi forest farmers survey data, using descriptive statistical analysis method combines empirical analysis method to research the factors affecting foresters in Jiangxi forestry science and technology service demand.Study found that foresters forestry science and technology service demand is mainly influenced by the evaluation of collective forest right system reform,the head of household’s education level,forestry science and technology services can or not meet foresters needs, the proportion of forestry spending in household expenditure,the scale of forest these five factors.On the basis, the paper combined the results of model and the actual situation in Jiangxi forestry science and technology services proposed around the needs of farmers, improve supply efficiency;stabilize and protect contract and management rights, effectively protect the farmer’s legitimate rights and interests;improve the forestry science and technology services subjects and objects scientific and cultural qualities;increase the forestry support system construction to encourage farmers investment in forest;paid attention to solve the problems about forestland circulation and transfer and forestry cooperation organization to promote appropriate scale management these five areas suggestions to optimize forestry science and technology extension services and promote forestry sustainable development.
