With the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge gradually becomes an important factor which can help enterprises gain competitive advantages, and the enterprises need more and more knowledge workers. However, knowledge workers now more focus on their own career and payment, so if they work in an average environment, they may have intention to leave the enterprise. And in today’s society, majority of knowledge workers are post-80. They born between1980and1989, after21century they all grown up and started to work, then became new main force to enterprise and society. However, post-80have more characteristics than post-60and post-70because of environment, they pay more attention to individualist, self-realization and less teamwork, so their turnover intention are bigger than others. For an enterprise, it’s unwise to manage them by using traditional way; they should separate post-80from others. And the management of post-80for enterprise is a difficult question to handle. This research drew on the review of domestic and foreign existing literature and research achievement, took post-80’s knowledge workers as the research object, analysed the characteristics of their working method and values, and discussed the influence factors of turnover intention. In theoretical analysis part, the author summarized the model of post-80’s knowledge workers’ turnover intention influence factors through reading and analyzing a large number of literatures. In empirical part some standard research method were used such as structured interview and questionnaire survey, mainly discussed the influence factors from four aspects, such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, individual characteristics and external environment. Used SPSS19.0to analyze the collected data, the result showed the correlation between each factor and turnover intention. Finally, put forward some management countermeasures for enterprise to reduce the post-80’s knowledge worker s’turnover rate, summed up the shortcoming of this paper and arranged future’s research direction.
