Construction And Research Of Land Use Planning Management System In Inner Mongolia

Land is a valuable asset for mankind. How to using limited landresources with a scientific and rational method,the grasp the law of Spatialdistribution and the understanding of the quantity and quality of land usechange has great significance in maintaining the sustainable of land usingand the dynamic equilibrium of the total arable land.The land use planning has become the main techniques and plays anirreplaceable role for the scientific development.The land use planning hasa great significance in land use planning in the in-depth research of the ITTechnology in the construction and the application of land use planningmodels,deepening the role of IT Technology in land use planning, andensuring the land-use development scientifically efficiently and sustainable.This study is based on the analysis and summary on the status ofinformatization of the land use planning in Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion.There are significant shortages and gaps about informationtechnology of the land use planning in construction and application ofinformation technology.Mainly as follows:lacking in the unifiedstructures,clear layer covering a complete and forward-looking mode ofapplication.The informatization technology can not deal with complexproblem effectively such as: Unable to respond effectively to the needs ofplanning and management business, the rapid development of the planningdatabase is constantly changing,the use of departments and users ofphysical dispersion.As well as the problem that the information disclosure and information security integrated and other urgent focus on solving theproblem.This paper carried out a detailed study of land use planning systemdesign and application mode based on the above analysis.By studying theconstruction and application of the status quo and future developmentgap,the writer Proposed a set of information technology in the uniformapplication of land use planning mode. The model consists of fourlevels,the technology layer,data layer,application service layer and businessfunction layer.The technology layers provide a reliable technicalsupport,data base data layer provide the data base for the software system,the application service layer meets the needs of different business,andfunction layer provides the interface to serve the users of the system. Basedon the general application mode of information system, this paper, theresults of the analysis and design on database quality checks in theplanning for land use and some specific business.In order to verify the feasibility of research results,relying on projectexamples verify.Currently,the system has been successfully deployed andrun.The practical effect of mode of application is scientifically reasonableand practicable and improving the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionland use planning work efficiency,which laid a good foundation for futurein-depth development.
