Research On The Spatial Structure Of Land-use Planning At The Overall Area

Land resource is an essential basis for human beings' living and development. With increasing of global population, the short land resource and unreasonable land utilization seriously constrain development of social economy and productivity. Rational distribution and sustainable utilization of limited land resource are becoming an attracting problem for international society and population and a research issue for scientific field. Although the research in national and regional land-use was comparatively concentrated, the short urban land resource with large values makes it an urgent requirement at present for utilization researches. The land-use planning is starting from the overall situation of the region, through analysis the administrative area of the functions of the different regions, the development direction and resources environmental bearing capacity, it divides the regional function of land-use planning, and the research proposed its corresponding land-use regulation and control targets, which to make land use becoming increasingly rationalized.Based on the overall level of the project area and regional differences, it summarized and analyzed the problems and poor coordination of reasons exists in the economy development and the land utilization of Yongqing County. Because of enlarging tendency among the regions and the unbalanced development of economy, it is necessary to carry on land-use planning and regional function division. Based on driving force of the land use spatial differentiation and in the light of driving forces of county land-use as well as the evaluation system of sustainable land utilization, this article initially constructed the general standard evaluation system of the land-use zoning function. This article mainly uses the synthesis appraisal law to carry on the land utilization series to the Yongqing County various townships to calculate the computation, and combining hierarchical clustering method and discriminate analysis method and integration of GIS spatial processing, Yongqing County land utilization division is divided into four functional areas: priority to development area of central cities, the key development zone of mineral resource, the ecological environment protection and traveling area and the ecology agricultural area. This article has carried on the comparative external analysis to various merit energy region characteristic and the land utilization, and conducted the research of land utilization control in future. Studies show that the area used by the functional approach is reasonable and feasible, which reflect the degree of co-ordination of land use and provide the policy-making support for the land utilization function district.
