The increasing global economic integration has led to the formation of regional economies. Consequently, organizations for economic cooperation at different scales have been formed with the development of knowledge economy and the information explosion. These organizations are, hence closely interacted through the increasing social and economic exchanges. Nowadays, great attention has been paid to management practices and theoretical study; enterprises have taken human resources as an important resource and a vital part of the framework of business management.H Corporation, established in2004, is a private sector of architectural construction. Since2004, its annual output value has soared to over RMB1billion from the initial millions of Yuan. The total staff including administration and techniques has also climbed to300from the first dozens. Generally, enterprises today have embodied the journey of development of private sectors over the past decade. Based on the study of H Corporation’s experiences about human resources Management, it is instructive for the enterprises of architectural construction to better improve their business management.The thesis analyzes the enterprises’ previous human resources management based on the survey conducted on the H Corporation. Given the fact that human resources are the essential part of enterprises, the thesis emphasizes the importance of improving the human resources management.With regard to the research methods, literature survey is first used to collect books, periodicals, post-graduate and Ph. D thesis and electronic resources; then questionnaire surveys have been taken to deliver questionnaires to staff at different levels, which has ensured the first-hand resources. Last, according to the existing issues in H Corporation, the thesis is aimed to work out the future improvement for H Corporation’s human resources management.The thesis consists of seven chapters. The first chapter depicts the background, the significance of the thesis and the research methods adopted; theoretically, the second chapter focuses on the basic theory of and Application of the theory; the third chapter analyzes the content, formats, existing issues and causes of human resources management of enterprises; the fourth chapter leads to corresponding solutions to the issues mentioned in the third chapter. Generally, fourth chapter includes the analysis of training demands, improvement of training development and evaluation system. Given the ineffectiveness of training demand analysis, which is however an essential part for an enterprise’training planning, the fourth chapter has given much statement on it. The fifth chapter summarizes the thesis; the sixth lists all the bibliographies referred for the thesis and the seventh helps to convey my gratitude to those who have helped me with the completion of the thesis.
